Accounting / Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking a full-time bookkeeper with a minimum of 3-5 years experience. The ideal candidate must have an accounting degree and be proficient in advanced QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.

Responsible for the accounting functions of the business such as:

  • Must be proficient in all facets of QuickBooks on-line 
  • Daily monitoring of bank accounts 
  • Depositing and Recording cash receipts
  • Monthly bank reconciliation of all accounts
  • Weekly credit card reconciliation and posting
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable posting and maintenance
  • Weekly accounts receivable report for partners review
  • Responsible for invoicing through QuickBooks on-line
  • Set up and maintain project timesheet
  • Correspond with Professional Employee Organization for processing payroll and year-end reporting
  • Process payroll hours on a bi-weekly basis
  • Renew licenses and subscriptions 
  • Pay insurances and fees
  • Create P&L reports and Balance Sheet updates

Management Reporting Functions:

  • Maintains the preparation of monthly (as needed) and quarterly reports along with statistical charts and well as future cash requirements
  • Coordinate with the company CPA for tax purposes
  • Process year-end form 1099 for vendors

Job Type: Full-time

PROJECT ARCHITECT / MANAGER

SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
Professional architectural team member skilled at executing all project phases from Schematic Design through Construction Documents. This person must be self-sufficient at producing design work as well as willing to collaborate in the design process with other team members and clients. The candidate must be able to understand the technical aspects of a project and perform the development of construction drawings including coordination with consulting engineers.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed. This person must also possess exceptional organizational and time management skills. The candidate should be able to supervise and guide the work of other support team members throughout the various project phases. This position requires knowledge and experience in the Florida Building Code.  Construction Administration phase experience is preferred but not critical.  Candidate must be willing to learn or further develop their skills and experience in this project phase. This person would ideally have experience in utilizing 3D software in the design process.

QUALIFICATIONS
5-15 years of experience in residential and/or commercial project drawing production
Bachelor of Architecture
Florida Registered Architect, or ability to get registered
7-15 years of experience in commercial and residential projects
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Programs, Adobe Acrobat Pro
Experience in SketchUp, Photoshop, 3ds Max

PAY
