RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
We take pride in providing excellent customer service to our clients. We are a fast-paced professional environment with a strong team of people who work well together.  This position requires a person who is focused, able to multi-task with strong problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of receptionist/ admin assistant work experience 
  • Some college preferred
  • Fluent in English

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

DUTIES and REQUIREMENTS
(will include but not to be limited to)

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have a professional demeanor and hospitality skills for high-end client interaction.
  • A team player who is focused, able to multi-task with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Handling a busy digital multi-phone system, transferring calls, and message taking.
  • Setting up Zoom meetings, and/or MSFT Teams Meetings.
  • Setting up conference calls 
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Liaise with vendors as needed  
  • Administrative assistant duties as required by management
  • Reliability and honesty are a must.

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL STUDIO DRAFTSMAN

SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project team member who has ability to support drawing production in all project phases from Schematic Design to Construction Drawings.  Candidate is self-motivated and eager to gain professional experience.  The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have an attention to detail.  This person would ideally have experience in utilizing 3D software in the design process.

QUALIFICATIONS
5-15 years of experience in residential and/or commercial project drawing production
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS Outlook
Experience in SketchUp, Photoshop desired
